AXS TV Adds Eric Clapton To Sunday’s Jazz Fest Broadcast

Eric Clapton headlined the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on Sunday, 27 April. His set was one of the many filmed by AXS TV. It has just been announced that Eric’s set will be part of the network’s festival coverage on Sunday, May 4.  The network is available in the United States via AT&T U-verse, Charter, Comcast/Xfinity, DIRECTV, DISH, Suddenlink, Verizon FiOS, and other cable, satellite and telco providers. The network is also distributed in Canada and the Caribbean.

The broadcast begins at 12P ET and will be rebroadcast beginning at 10P ET  that night and again Monday afternoon at 4P ET. The network has not yet announced the broadcast order, but Sunday’s lineup will include the following performers:  Arcade Fire (live), John Fogerty, The Revivalists, The Radiators, Eric Clapton, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk with Art Neville, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue (live) and the Voice of the Wetlands Allstars.

In addition to the Jazz Festival, EC performed in Memphis, TN this past Wednesday and Pelham, AL on Friday night. His.4 date U.S. Tour wraps this evening at Chastain Park Amphitheatre in Atlanta, GA.
