Clapton Plans Acoustic Set; Jam With Allman Brothers Band At CGF

Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival 2013 Crossroads Guitar Festival happens April 12 and 13 at Madison Square Garden in the heart of New York City. Always a not-to-be-missed music event, it will kick off a little differently than previous festivals. Eric will start things off himself with an acoustic set! He’ll take the stage at 7:30pm sharp on April 12. That night, he’s also planning to sit in with many of the guest stars including Friday’s headliner, the Allman Brothers Band. Eric and his band will headline Saturday. Some tickets remain for both nights via ticketmaster.com.
