HBO to Air Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concert Highlights on 29 November

HBO will broadcast four hours of highlights from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Concerts on 29 November at 8PM ET (US). The shows take place at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on 29 and 30 October. Each evening has a different lineup of performers and guests. Eric Clapton headlines night two along with U2, Metallica and Aretha Franklin. Guests that night will be Jeff Beck, Van Morrison and Jerry Lee Lewis. Night one has Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Stevie Wonder, Simon & Garfunkel, Paul Simon, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Friends. They’ll be joined by guests Sting, James Taylor, Smokey Robinson, Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Browne and Little Richard.

All performers are past inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and are expected to perform their own songs as well as the songs that inspired them. Concert-goers can also expect unique collaborations between the participating musicians.   
 
The concerts are a benefit for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. Worldwide broadcast details are not yet available.
