October 6 and 7 at MSG: Showtime is 7:30 PM

Due to an error by Ticketmaster, mobile and printed tickets for Eric Clapton’s concerts at Madison Square Garden on October 6 and 7 were issued with a start time of 7:00 PM. The concerts will begin at 7:30 PM both nights. Venue doors generally open about an hour before showtime. 

With increased security at all Madison Square Garden events, give yourself plenty of time to pass through security and to enjoy the ambience of the World’s Most Famous Arena pre-show. The Chase Entrances on 8th Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets will allow you to enter the venue faster and more conveniently. Fans who do not have a bag with them can take advantage of the “No Bag Express Lines” located on the 31st street side of Chase Square when you enter from 7th Avenue.
