Show Notes:

Eric had attended the previous evening's show (3 December) with Bobby Whitlock, but remained in their seats in the balcony. After the show, Leon Russell and Denny Cordell invited Eric to play with them the next night. The 4 December date was the band's third performance and was addded due to popular demand. Following the first number, Eric walked out unannounced and stayed in the shadows throughout the show. He was largely unrecognized by the audience. Freddie King, who was opening for Leon Russell, joined in halfway through the set.
