Just a quick note. Arnhem was the same set list like Düsseldorf. A good show in a strange little venue ... a soccer stadium with a closed roof! Bu the band was cooking again! Highlights for me were Well Alright and Voodoo Chile!

Yesterday I was at the Arnhem gig. What an outstanding performance. The chemistry this band showed, ENORMOUS. Voodoo Chile was thrilling, it dragged you right into the 60’s & 70’s. Thank you very very very much for this wonderful evening Mr. Clapton and band!

I visited the concert in Arnhem together with my wife and son on May 29th. A great concert with just only highlights, apart from the magnificent sound of Stevie Winwood’s voice and Eric’s fabulous guitar solo; I also really enjoyed the performance of the background vocals with their excellent timing and also clear voices. Highlights for me were Voodoo Chile and Gimme’ some lovin’ but in fact it all has been a concert I always will remember.

It took longer than I expected, but after what felt like 30 seconds the sound of that distinctive stratocaster rang out, followed closely by not only cheers, but the opening riff of Had To Cry Today! Incredible, simply incredible! That was followed closely by a song I've never really listened to - Low Down. Which was absolutely breathtaking! Solos from Eric and Steve! Ah...

They played there way through the night, with Eric throwing up more than a few bit of guitaring genious that did nothing less than remind me why someone once sprayed "Clapton is God" on a wall Simply amazing!

Key To The Highway was undescribably brilliant! Two solos from Clapton that put a smile on my face so big it made my cheeks hurt! I thought Georgia was a song from Winwood on his own but Clapton stood up halfway through and made that guitar sing again! Simply amazing!

The acoustic guitaring in Driftin' was especially good! Winwood played an amazing piece of guitar in Layla. And in between, How Long, another fantastic acoustic song! The guitaring in Can't Find My Way Home was amazing from both of em! I would have happily still been sat there the whole weekend listening to that!

There was a song I'm not sure what it was, but there was a solo from Chris Stainton in it, which at first I thought was someone putting a heavy metal effect onto a guitar, but turned out to be a keyboard. It far too loud compared to the other instruments, and it went up at the end which sounded a bit like he was trying to break glass! Cocaine was fantastic as always! The encore was great as well! Personally I would have preferred them do Gimme Some Lovin' as a second song in their encore! As it is such a feel good song! In fact the only thing I didn't like about this concert (Besides the fact that it ended - which I hated!) was that it was only 2 hours plus Dear Mr Fantasy! Thats how good it was!

I felt sick going in to the venue, I felt sick waiting for them to come on, and I felt sick as they walked on I was that excited! But oh my god was it worth it! It was simply amazing! If they were playing again in Holland (at the Ahoy or something which they could EASILY fill) I'd be going to that as well! Amazing! They've both still got it!
