Eric Clapton continued his trek around the U.S. with a stop at the Scottrade Center (formerly Savvis Center) in St. Louis on 18 September. It was the second show of the U.S. Tour and the 41st of his world tour, which kicked off on 5 May. Fans in attendance reported an amazing show, with Eric and his two guitarists (Doyle Bramhall II and Derek Trucks) trading leads. Radio hits "I Shot The Sheriff" and "Pretending" and "Wonderful Tonight" shared the setlist with classic blues like "Further On Up The Road" and more recent songs like "Back Home." Robert Cray again joined Eric onstage for two numbers.

The current leg of the US Tour will visit cities in the eastern half of the country, along with two dates in Canada. Additional US concerts will be announced later.
