Eric Clapton and his band performed in Leipzig, Germany on 12 August. The concert was moved from the outdoor Festwiese location to the indoor Leipzig Arena. One fan in attendance emailed Where's Eric! shortly after the concert concluded. The evening's highlights were "Here But I'm Gone", "Isn't It A Pity", "Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad", "Layla" and a blistering "Cocaine."
Another reported that the standout songs were "Hoochie Coochie Man," "Here But I'm Gone," "Isn't It A Pity, "Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad," "Driftin'" and "Little Queen of Spades."
The show ran about two hours and featured 19 songs.
The band's next concert takes place on 14 August in Gdynia, Poland. It will mark Eric Clapton's first performance in Poland since 1979.
