At the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards, which took place on 21 September in Los Angeles, the producers of the Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival in Chicago / Great Performances on PBS received an award for Not-Exclusively-Made-For-Television Variety, Music, Comedy Event Program.
The producers are Eric Clapton, Peter Jackson, James Pluta, Scooter Weintraub, John Beug and David Horn.
Emmy Awards are presented in the United States by The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences each year for excellence within various areas of the television industry.
