Great show Eric and the band.
Have been a fan for over forty years and this was the first time to see him live onstage. Had me up on my feet singing and dancing.. Rock on!!

It was magical night for me to watch Eric in Hong Kong. Me and my friends have to travel all the way from Manila just to watch him live. It was a double treat also to watch Derek trucks live. The trading of solos between Derek and Clapton was fantastic. Together with Doyle and Weeks, it was really a guitar orgy. It was a pleasant surprise for me to hear many tunes from eric's derek and dominos days.
I last saw Clapton live in concert was in Manila in 1978 and i was just a youg 12 year old kid . This HK experienced reminded me of many memories of that show. Mabuhay and Rock and Roll !!!!!!!

The sign of a great artist is that he likes to share the stage with other guys who play as well or maybe even better than him
EC in hong kong was wonderful and thank him very much for his time and presence.
Clapton has been an essential part of my growing up but somewhere in the 90's I had forgotten him—due life's daily pressures etc etc
In hong kong he made me realize that what I had actually been missing --- he got the great days of rock back --- no superfluous stuff --- a great band and great solos.
but please , except for the acoustic stuff , the sound was not that great
Thank you very much

It was a once in a lifetime experience for us. Me and my Brother Monty went to Hong Kong from the Philippines just to watch our idol live in concert. The concert was great. The exchange of guitar solo from EC, Doyle and Derek was simply amazing and fantastic. Seven songs were taken from the album "Layla and other assorted love songs".
We're just hoping that EC will play the I shot the Sherrif, Old love, Badge and Hoochie coochie man. Maybe Tim Carmon was not feeling well he did nothing special, too bad...
Just keep the Blues and Rock and Roll alive.
Thank you EC for a Wonderful (to)night!!!! MABUHAY!!!!
