- 1978: EC concert at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, California
- 1990: EC’s closing concert of his 4th annual residency at London’s Royal Albert Hall is broadcast live on BBC Radio 1 – he is backed by a full orchestra at this performance and performed with 4 different lineups during the residency which began on 18 January
- 2008: EC and JJ Cale win a Grammy Award for “Road to Escondido” at ceremonies held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California
