Released by Winstar in 1998 as "Can't You Hear The Wind Howl? The Life & Music of Robert Johnson". It quickly went out of print. In 2003, it was released by Shout Factory on DVD under the revised title "The Life & Music of Robert Johnson - Can't You Hear The Wind Howl?".
A documentary, directed by Peter Meyer, using old footage, recordings, new interviews and black-and-white reenactments of legendary bluesman Robert Johnson's life and career. It stars Danny Glover, Keb' Mo' as Robert Johnson, and features Johnny Shines, Honeyboy Edwards, Robert Jr. Lockwood, Henry Townsend, Robert Cray, John Hammond, Eric Clapton and Keith Richards.
