EC’s Tokyo 2019 Band Lineup

As previously announced, Eric Clapton will be heading to Tokyo for 5 concerts in April 2019. For his residency at the Nippon Budokan, he will be accompanied by band members Doyle Bramhall II (guitar / vocals), Paul Carrack (keyboards / vocals), Nathan East (bass / vocals), Sonny Emory (drums), Chris Stainton (keyboards), Sharon White (vocals) and Katie Kissoon (vocals), who returns to EC’s touring band after a lengthy absence. The Budokan is a fitting venue for her return as Katie’s last performance with the touring band took place there on November 30, 1999.

2019 is also very special for Chris as he joined Eric’s band 40 years ago in 1979.

Additional dates will not be added to the residency. No additional cities will be added.
